Sal DiMeglio, Partner, CPA
Before co-founding Eichen & DiMeglio in 1992, Sal spent a decade with Deloitte & Touche in their Middle Market Group. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation for both public and private companies, with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, and initial public offerings. Sal’s leadership continues to shape the firm’s reputation for integrity and strategic insight.
John Fresolone, Partner, CPA, MS Taxation
John joined Eichen & DiMeglio in 1997 after eight years as a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche in their audit and tax departments. A specialist in corporate and individual income taxation, he brings a wealth of knowledge in compliance, state and local tax matters, FAS 109, mergers and acquisitions, and advanced tax planning. John’s thoughtful, results-driven approach helps clients achieve lasting financial efficiency.
Michael Olivieri, Partner, CPA, MS Taxation
Mike became a partner in 2005 after several years as a consultant with the firm. His career includes roles as a senior tax accountant with Deloitte & Touche and as treasurer and tax manager for a private corporation. With broad-based expertise in taxation, accounting, and finance, Mike specializes in compliance, multi-state tax planning, and strategic business transactions. His practical insight and precision are valued by clients across industries.
Kathy Gaye, Manager, CPA
Kathy joined Eichen & DiMeglio in 1993 after serving as an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche. With more than 20 years of experience auditing public and private companies, as well as extensive knowledge in pension and benefit plans, she combines technical accuracy with a client-focused mindset. Kathy’s dedication ensures that every engagement reflects the firm’s high standards of excellence and professionalism.
Robert Taubenfeld, Manager, CPA
Robert joined Eichen & DiMeglio in 1994 following his role as a senior tax accountant at Deloitte & Touche.
